- Attend to customer enquiries.
- Register visitors and manage admissions.
- Verify membership and access.
- Handle bookings and attendance records.
- Process payments where required.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support emergency response activation.
- Maintain incident records.
- Monitor lifeguard attendance and handphone surrender.
- Assist with facility operations and administration.
Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Standard First Aid + CPR + AED certification.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to communicate and write in English.
- Medically fit.
- Honest, responsible and customer-oriented.
- Minimum GCE O-Level (3 passes) or equivalent.
