Counsellor II (Permanent, Part-time)

Location: Belleville, Ontario

Responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person, evidence‑based therapy from our Belleville office using solution‑focused, brief, and longer‑term modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Support clients through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Total Mental Health (TMH) programs.
• Address complex presentations including mental health disorders, addictions, relationship concerns, and workplace stress.
• Apply strength‑based, client‑centered approaches that honor diverse backgrounds and empower individuals to achieve meaningful change.
• Maintain clinical autonomy while collaborating with a Regional Clinical Supervisor who supports your professional development.
• Engage in ongoing clinical consultation, peer learning, and access to continuing education opportunities.
