Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Cost Engineer for industrial projects across Finland. This role supports project teams and clients in planning, monitoring, forecasting, and managing project costs throughout the entire project lifecycle, working within the industrial, energy, real estate, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost structures (CBS).
- Track project cost development and prepare final cost and cash flow forecasts.
- Assess the cost impacts of change orders and deviations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, procurement, and contractors to ensure cost development is transparent, understandable, and proactively managed.
- Frequent travel to construction sites across Finland, visiting various project locations.
