- Prepare and maintain project cost plans and budgets from feasibility through project completion, and track project costs for construction, FF&E/OS&E and soft costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
- Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and provide timely reporting and recommendations.
- Assist in evaluation and negotiation of contractor and supplier proposals.
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising quality or brand standards.
