Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify variances and recommend corrective actions ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets during the project planning phase, leveraging historical data and market trends.
• Support the financial closing processes by providing accurate and timely data to finance teams for reporting purposes.
• Engage with suppliers and contractors to track costs, negotiate pricing, and ensure value for money on all project‑related purchases.
• Deliver presentations and reports to senior management, communicating complex financial information in an understandable manner.
