Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cost Control Analyst to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Tender Budget / Revised Budget:
  • Preparation of the detailed Target budget and any revised budget (at 20%, 50% and 80% progress) for the assigned scope of work.
  • Define the schedule of the target (or revised) budget preparation and communicate it to the team, follow its timely implementation.
  • Prepare the main hypothesis
  • Lead the process until its closing, having active exchanges with budget owner.
  • Detailed analysis of variances and proposed plan of actions in liaison with budget owners and validation by the Project management team.
  • Monthly Cost Control:
  • Liaise with budget owners to obtain the progress after the monthly cutoff date.
  • Analyze the progress declared by the budget owners to ensure accuracy and consistency for month over month reporting
