RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

Attend menu presentations and provide assistance with photo’s of meals Provide advisory services in terms of enquiries related to product info Ensure that the Upper Level Pricing is done accurately Ensure the correct calculation with the applicable load ratios are applied. Perform all menu costing according to airline documentation and menu development including standard cost development Complete post presentation costing with airline load scales in order for billing to be adapted accordingly. Create airline specifications according to customer requests on the online system.
