Cost Accounting Supervisor

Full-time production

Job Description:

1. Conduct monthly and year-end closing activities accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Perform cost reviews, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory movement analysis.

3. Review production orders and finished goods to ensure accurate product costing.

4. Conduct stock reviews, including physical stock counts and inventory movement analysis.

5. Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports for all accounting activities.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles.
4. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
