Job Title: Cost Accountant (Automotive Manufacturing)
Salary: $90,000-$120,000

We are hiring a Senior Cost Accountant for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on job costing, plant financial support, and oversight of accounts receivable, with the opportunity to grow into a Controller/Finance Lead position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage job/project costing (labour, materials, overhead)
- Analyze margins and cost variances
- Support plant operations with financial insights and KPI tracking
- Assist with monthly close, WIP, and inventory valuation
- Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
- Improve cash flow (DSO) and resolve billing issues
