Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production and cost reports in accordance with Plant Management requirements, company policy, and GAAP, including costing, inventory, yields, utilities, scrap/waste, and labor efficiency.
- Support Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings by providing up-to-date yield and labor reports to enable timely corrective actions by operations.
- Analyze variances between actual and standard costs, including raw materials, finished goods, PPV, and inventory, and assess their financial impact on plant performance.
