Calculate standard costs for finished goods and work-in-process (WIP) for SCPT & POD.
Variance Analysis between actual and standard costs (material, labor, and overhead) and look for areas for improvement.
Inventory Control, through monthly reconciliations and physical audits on the production floor.
Allocate manufacturing overhead (MOH).
Prepare ledger entries for material consumption, inventory adjustments, Expense allocations for SCPT & POD.
Month end / Year end closing, actively support on reporting and financial audit.
Work with US FP&A; team on Budget & Forecast preparation support, annual manufacturing costs and financial forecasting.
Scrap reports valuation / Audit.
Physical inventory support.
Prepare monthly SCPT & POD CPU analysis and review with Plant Management and present in ME close meeting.
Act as liaison between Accounting and Operations for Mexico.
