Job Description
Enhance community safety as a Correctional Program Effectiveness Evaluator in Ontario. This role demands strong evaluation skills and a dedication to continuous improvement within the corrections system.
In this position, you will be instrumental in evaluating direct service offender programs and facilitating research studies that influence corrections practice. Your experience in statistical analysis and program evaluation will support the mission to prevent recidivism and enhance public safety. You will work closely with various stakeholders to implement effective program strategies and policy recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute program evaluations and statistical analyses
• Develop and refine tools for ongoing data capture and evaluation
• Conduct specialized audits on correctional programs
• Communicate findings to ministry officials effectively
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consensus building
