Job Description
The CorporateĀ Solutions AssistantĀ ManagerĀ is a sales function responsibleĀ forĀ bringing sales through corporateĀ distribution channels.Ā The assigned CS Assistant Manager shall lead, manage, and develop theĀ assignedĀ channelĀ in line with the corporateĀ objectivesĀ and vision. CS Assistant Manager is also expected to provideĀ deliveringĀ new business, handle renewal negotiations andĀ manageĀ afterĀ salesĀ escalations.
Position Responsibilities:
Effectively execute strategies and action plans on handling corporate accounts and lead generation activities.
Meet the set targets in terms of APE,Ā activation,Ā and number of closed cases.
Train and manageĀ the channelĀ to sell Group Insurance, Group Credit LifeĀ andĀ Health productsĀ
Build and executeĀ processĀ to ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met.
