Full-time Customer Service

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Corporate Services Manager to oversee Human Resources, Administration, Finance and Corporate Support functions across a group of companies operating in the engineering and power systems industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with Directors and support the daily operations of multiple entities within the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Administration

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions across the Group.
• Supervise HR & Admin Executives and HR & Admin Assistants.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and work pass administration.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment‑related matters.
• Support manpower planning and employee administration.

Finance & Corporate Support

• Oversee daily finance operations and monitor cash flow across multiple entities.
