Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for national and international clients on Corporate Services matters
- Coordinate and review corporate projects, including incorporation, corporate amendments, reorganizations, and company dissolutions/closures
- Supervise paralegal activities, corporate filings, regularizations and other corporate routines
- Coordinate projects related to compliance, corporate governance, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), whistleblower channels and integrity programs
- Ensure technical quality, adherence to deadlines and consistency of the team’s deliverables
- Lead, coach and develop the Corporate Services team, supporting their technical and professional growth
- Act in an advisory capacity to clients, identifying risks, proposing solutions and supporting strategic decisions
