Job Description
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and engage with corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, L&D teams, business heads, and decision-makers.
- Understand client learning and business requirements, and recommend customized corporate training and certification solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and virtual/client meetings to present solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close enterprise deals.
- Own the complete B2B sales cycleβfrom lead generation and qualification to deal closure and handover for delivery.
- Work closely with the Learning Solutions, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create tailored client proposals.
