Lead and oversee placement operations across multiple corporates, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Manage and guide a team of placement managers/executives, ensuring timely execution of RFQs, policy placements, and servicing.

Drive strategic relationships with insurance companies for obtaining RFQs and competitive quotations.

Oversee the end-to-end placement process including policy placement, post-placement servicing, claims handling, and employee enrolments/deletions in non-EB policies.

Review and ensure accuracy of government-mandated reports and compliance-related documentation.

Supervise claims scrutiny and resolution, ensuring efficient servicing of corporate clients.
