What you'll do
In this role, you'll combine recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement to help TOPdesk achieve its hiring goals.
You will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of vacancies.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
Proactively source and approach potential TOPdeskers
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Screen and assess candidates, conduct interviews, and guide hiring teams through the selection process.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and expectation management.
