About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to lead the review, negotiation, and structuring of commercial agreements in a dynamic SaaS environment. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and leadership to support deal execution while protecting the company’s legal and commercial interests.
As a trusted advisor to the business, you will take ownership of contract strategy and risk decisions, ensuring alignment with company objectives while navigating complex, multi‑jurisdictional requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of technology company sales contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SaaS and software licensing agreements, customer sales agreements, reseller and partner agreements, and professional and managed services agreements.
