Job Description
The Corporate Finance Manager is primarily responsible for leading and/or supporting the company’s strategic, financing, and investment initiatives including valuation, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, and other corporate transactions. The position holder is primarily responsible for evaluating investment opportunities to assist senior management and the Board to make investment decisions, and will lead and/or support capital raising and project financing initiatives of the company.
Financial Modeling
- Develop a robust and flexible financial model to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning.
- Apply various valuation methods such as discounted cash flow to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Develop a comprehensive data book that will serve as the verifiable basis for the financial models, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
