Job Summary The Securities and Governance Attorney will support a broad range of U.S. securities and corporate law matters. Primary internal clients will include Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, HR/Executive Compensation, Corporate Communications, and Treasury. This position reports to a VP of Legal and is located at our Corporate HQ in Austin, TX.
