Nippon Sanso Matheson has an immediate opening for an experienced
attorney at its Corporate Headquarters in Irving, TX. This generalist position will report to and
assist the General Counsel and is ideally suited for an enthusiastic legal
professional seeking a career as an in-house attorney in an entrepreneurial
environment with broad responsibility.
Duties
and Responsibilities: The
responsibilities of this position include to:
research, review, interpret, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts associated with Matheson’s industrial bulk, packaged and onsite gas business. Types of contracts include sales, consulting, product supply, construction, lease, and non-disclosure agreements;
provide advice and support on a broad range of employment issues including managing employee litigation in conjunction with outside counsel and in coordination with the company’s insurers; recruiting and hiring; wage and h...
