We seek an EU qualified lawyer with 3–5 PQE to advise on corporate matters spanning a multinational group and to support governance and compliance initiatives. Based in Barcelona, you will collaborate with compliance, finance, HR and technology teams, manage external counsel, and help draft board materials while advancing cross‑regional data contracts and ethical standards.
