This role requires a strong financial expert with a minimum of five years in accounting and finance, a bachelor's degree, and preferably a CPA designation. You will supervise monthly and annual closures, forge connections with auditors, and optimize accounting practices while mentoring a team of eight.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead monthly and annual financial closures
ā¢ Act as liaison for external auditor communications
ā¢ Refine financial reporting and compliance procedures
ā¢ Evaluate performance indicators and variances
ā¢ Direct the budgeting process and tool integration
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in accounting or business administration
ā¢ CPA designation preferred
ā¢ At least 5 years in a finance or accounting role
