About the job Corporate Actions Associate/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing for payments & corporate actions.
• Process free of payment securities reconciliation and related cash movement
• Process corporate actions and related tax matters for bonds and shares
• Checker for other securities products
• Perform monthly reconciliation of securities
• Able to work overtime & during Singapore public holidays on a rotational basis

Requirements

• Degree holder with 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate actions and swift messages
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous
