**Job Title: Corn Sorter**
**Job Description**
The Corn Sorter is responsible for monitoring a conveyor belt to ensure all corn passing through is viable. Any corn that appears discolored, rotten, or is a different crop should be removed and discarded. Corn with husks must be sent for de-husking. This position involves standing or sitting on ergonomic mats and requires the ability to walk up and down stairs. It is important to note that the work environment is not temperature-controlled, and there may be airborne allergens due to corn husk and dust from insecticides.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor the conveyor belt and ensure all corn is viable.
+ Remove discolored, rotten, or incorrect crops from the conveyor.
+ Send husked corn for re-work and de-husking.
+ Stand or sit on ergonomic mats while monitoring the conveyor.
+ Walk up and down stairs as necessary.
