Job Description
Technical Support and Incident Management
- Provide level 2 support for core banking systems issues (transactions, EOD batch jobs, users reported issues)
- Attend to system alerts, perform diagnostics, and escalates unknown or new issues to Core Banking Systems Tech Lead, Core Banking Systems Tech Delivery (L3), and/or vendor (when necessary)
- For known issues, follow documented procedures in Confluence
- Follow IT Incident Management SOP to track and resolve the tickets raised by users
- Conduct regular health checks on Core Banking systems, including jobs and queues utilization
- Assist in applying patches, updates and fixes; verify and capture artefacts for review by Core Banking Systems Tech Lead before implementation in production environment
