Insight Global's large semiconductor client is looking for detail-oriented and self-managed Process Operators to join the Optical Systems Division in Breinigsville, PA. This person will support semiconductor fabrication in a cleanroom environment. This role involves operating manual and computer-controlled equipment for photolithography, etching, substrate cleaning, and metrology processes. The ideal candidate has a technical background and strong observational skills. Responsibilities include meeting daily production goals, maintaining a safe and clean workspace, and identifying quality issues. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, multitasking, and collaborating with team members. Prior cleanroom experience is preferred.
We are hiring for the A, B, C and D-shift opening. The A shift is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday alternating Wednesdays and B-shift is Thursday, Friday, Saturday alternating Wednesdays from 6am-6pm, with a 5% shift differential....
