*****$1,500.00 sign on bonus. Half to be paid after 6 months of employment and remaining half to be paid at one year of employment****

 

Starting pay $45,300

The Coordinator for the Workforce Support and Development program will carry out the key components of the program by conducting intakes, and assessments, writing Employee Support Plans (ESP) and training Supervisors on how to use the Employee Support Plan as a tool and resource to best support employees with disabilities. The Coordinator will be a continuous resource for an assigned caseload of employees with disabilities working on our contract, retail, and corporate employment sites.


  • The Workforce Support and Development Coordinator will gather, analyze, and summarize the support needed to maximize the potential of new employees with disabilities working on contract, retail, and corporate employment sites operated by Didlake.
