Reporting directly to the Coordinator, Staffing Education, the Coordinator, Training and Process Improvement is responsible for the development and delivery of Employee Scheduling Software (ESP) and mySchedule applications training to staff across the organization, as well as leading process improvement initiatives within the department. The Coordinator plays a lead role in the development of a comprehensive training plan for staffing services, maintaining strong relationships with the HR Operations team for collective agreement interpretations and strategic priorities.
