Summary of Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Clubs, the Tech Center Coordinator plays a key lead role in the day-to-day operations of the Best Buy Teen Tech Center, including high-quality program development, implementation and delivery of smooth site operations including collaboration with internal teams, external staff and networks, and community partners.

This role blends technology-rich youth engagement, community outreach, partnership development, and operational leadership to ensure the space is a vibrant, inclusive, and youth-led space to deliver meaningful outcomes to young people in our community in creativity, learning, and career exploration.

Job Duties

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tech Center, ensuring effective program delivery, staffing, facility management, and coordination across BGC and alignment with organizational standards and grant requirements.
