Based in our Madrid office, the Recruiting Associate will provide administrative support to the Iberia Recruiting Team. The Recruiting Associate will assist in the management and execution of the centralized recruiting initiatives for Iberia by orchestrating logistics and coordinating interviews. As a member of the team, you will be the face of Bain & Company to many of our new hires, whose primary initial interactions will be with the Recruiting Coordinator. A strong customer mindset and attention to detail are critical to its success.
