Job Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator will cover the maintenance activities, operation effectiveness and current/future planning of maintenance for the district/region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive the work daily program from the Programmer and to verify reception of materials and the necessary tools.
  • Designate appropriate members of teams to execute the specified work.
  • Establish the performance goals with the Work team; to monitor and control work quality, quantity and safety in accordance with the policies and procedures of CEMEX Group.
  • Encourage work team members, acknowledging achievements and correcting inadequate performance.
  • Guarantee that maintenance and operation programs are duly established and executed in accordance with specifications.
