Job Description
Coordinate the Commercial Planning and Intelligence area, ensuring organization, governance and quality of deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs such as targets, sales, customer portfolio, conversion, cancellations and productivity.
- Develop reports, dashboards and executive presentations to support leadership decision‑making.
- Conduct market studies and commercial intelligence, assessing competitors, products, operators and business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities, risks and trends, proposing data‑driven actions and recommendations.
- Standardize processes and methodologies, strengthening governance and consistency of analyses.
- Collaborate with partner areas to align data, strategy and commercial execution.
- Lead and develop the analytics team, promoting training, autonomy and high‑quality deliveries.
