Located Randwick, Matraville and Kirrawee NSW, Vitaly Pty Ltd and Vitaly Kirrawee provide a friendly atmosphere, with personal, attentive service and great company to its patron. Culinary offerings include authentic Italian meals including pastas and pizzas in an ultra-modern environment.
We are seeking 2 x full-time Cooks to be part of our high voltage kitchen operations. Salary offered is $77K to $82K plus superannuation depending on the skills and experience of the applicant.
Main tasks and duties involve:
• Prepare and cook meals as per Vitaly menu
• Prepare ala carte requested food items as needed to meet guest dietary requirements.
• Executes food production in accordance with standards of plating guide specifications.
• Attend to the detail and presentation of each order with efficient sequencing
• Adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
