Job Summary

Seacastle Enterprises Inc. DBA Burger King is looking for 1 full-time and permanent Assistant Manager – Restaurant at 910 Government St,#105 Victoria, BC, V8W 1Y3. Salary is 36.60 dollars per hour and hours are 40 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
