Job Description
Paradiso Airlie Beach Pty Ltd, located in Airlie Beach QLD 4802, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu requirements
- Ensure food is prepared to a high standard of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Assist with planning and organising daily food preparation activities
- Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to maintain efficiency and quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
- Inspect raw ingredients and prepared food to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimising food wastage
- Work cooperatively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
