The Cook I performs a full range of cooking duties under the direct supervision of the Program Manager or designate, requiring sound judgment and independence. Responsibilities include:

• Following established procedures and standards, including standardized recipes, production sheets, and master menus
• Maintaining a high standard of sanitation in preparing and handling food
• Coordinating meal production, providing service to customers, and communicating required information
• Receiving, distributing, and storing goods, and performing other related duties as required and assigned
