Staffline Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced cook to join a team at a busy and well-established restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
📍 Location: Ballymena
💷 Pay Rate: £15 per hour
🕒 Hours: 35-40 hours per week (as per rota)
📅 Work Schedule: Shifts scheduled according to rota - including weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and customer specifications
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
Manage food stock, rotation, and waste efficiently
Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
