. 3+ years in a kitchen environment

. Understanding of different culinary profiles andtechniques

. Capable of following instructions without variation

. Ability to regularly lift 15kg

. A desire to learn new flavours and techniques

. The capability to work safely, efficiently and neatly

. Willingness to work nights and weekends

. Comfortable working long shifts of up to 12 hrs
