Job Description
CBIZ is partnering with a growing service organization to identify a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / EOS Integrator . This individual will play a critical role in driving alignment, accountability, and execution across the business.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position working directly with the executive team to translate vision into measurable outcomes.
Position Overview
The COO / Integrator will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring teams are aligned around priorities, executing against goals, and operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). This role focuses on building structure, strengthening communication, and driving consistent performance across functions.
