We are hiring a COO — Production Manager at Acuicultura Cadiz.
This is not a position for someone who wants to manage a running operation.
You come in now — while we are still building. You will help shape how the facility operates, lead it through commissioning and startup, and carry the operational responsibility alongside the CEO.
What we are building
- Land‑based RAS facility for Seriola dumerili (Greater Amberjack)
- El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, Spain
- 5,000 m2 — 450 tonnes/year in phase one
- First juvenile batch: November 2026
- Part of a long‑term growth plan by Kingfish Norway
What we need
- Marine RAS experience — this is non‑negotiable
- Leadership at management level
- Fluent in English and Spanish
