Key Responsibilities
Area 1: Installation and Maintenance of Machinery
Safely installs, maintains, troubleshoots, overhauls, and repairs stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment throughout the mine and milling operation.
Install, align, and maintain conveyor systems and related components, including pulleys, idlers, drives, and belt assemblies.
Perform belt splicing and vulcanizing (hot and cold methods), mechanical splices, and pulley lagging.
Inspect and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on conveyors and associated equipment.
