Minimum requirements: 7 years post-admission experience Extensive experience in Bond registrations Experience with Complex Lending, Commercial Property Finance Bonds and Cancellations (advantageous) Experience with Standard Bank Legal Cancellations (advantageous) Experience managing a Conveyancing department or supervising a team Ability to sign clients both in and out of the office Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills Consultant: Millie Olivier - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
