Full Time Legal Support Workers

Our client, an established and friendly law firm based in Harrogate, is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join its reputable and growing Residential Conveyancing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Conveyancer to join a thriving and expanding firm with a strong local client base and a down-to-earth, supportive culture.

The role would suit someone who enjoys managing their own files, building strong relationships with clients and referrers, and being part of a busy, well-regarded conveyancing department.

The Role

You will handle a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

Sales and purchases

Freehold and leasehold matters

Transfers of equity

Remortgages

Shared equity

Staircasing

Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders a...
