Speed, downtime and set-up (SMED) improvements
Output growth from 46MSM → 55MSM
Lean / Six Sigma projects and investment plans
What you'll do Use lean manufacturing principles to unlock productivity gains
Analyse data, lead trials and deliver measurable improvements
Work cross-functionally with production, engineering & planning
Drive a site-wide productivity mindset
Embed and sustain continuous improvement
