Job Summary
The Convenience Store Team Member is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store by providing good customer service, performing cashiering duties, replenishing stocks, and maintaining cleanliness and operational standards within the store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide courteous and professional customer service to customers
- Operate cashiering and POS systems accurately, including handling cash and cashless transactions
- Assist customers with enquiries, product location, and basic issue resolution
- Replenish stocks and ensure products are properly displayed and available for sale
- Perform stock rotation and monitor expiry dates to maintain freshness standards
- Ensure shelves, displays, and promotional areas are properly maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the store premises
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries where required
