Job Description

What you will do

The Technician Senior - Controls service is a key role reporting directly to the Field Line Manager, Aftermarket and will be based in Dubai. The key role of a Technician senior shall be:

  • Day to day execution of the Service and Maintenance in line with Company Best Practices.
  • Carry out service, maintenance and retrofit projects on BMS systems used for comfort and energy efficiency across large size project comprising Hospital, Retail & Commercial Buildings.
  • Strong Knowledge on Testing & commissioning BMS system, 3rd party integration, Programming logics, Graphics building.
  • Coordination with Sub contractors to get the job done for BMS installations.
  • Conduct planning, scheduling, directing, monitoring, controlling for uniform service execution.
  • Attend critical infrastructures and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure KPIs are met & Continuous monitoring of Service Level Agreement compliance.
