Our client, a growing restaurant group, is seeking an Accounting Manager or Controller with strong full-service restaurant accounting experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader who can both supervise the accounting function and manage day-to-day accounting activities across multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will bring a professional demeanor, a growth-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-site environment. Experience with Toast and/or Restaurant365 is a strong plus. This is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and perform day-to-day accounting activities for multiple restaurant sites.
+ Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
+ Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
