The Controller directs accounting operations and translates financial activity into
clear, reliable insights. This position shapes how our organization understands its performance,
safeguards its resources, and funds growth within a non-profit environment. The Controller architects and runs the accounting engine, pairing technical depth
with operational command. This role owns the financial close and reporting rhythm, improves
systems and internal controls, and sets the cadence driving accuracy, visibility, and financial
